  • I would never recommend these guys. Although the product usually works ok, I have had leaks and pipe breaks over the years. Since these leaks have happened, I have used them to check the system in the fall and the spring which is not cheap. The main reason I would not recommend them is that their customer service SUCKS! I've scheduled 4 appointments with these guys over the last month just for a maintenance call and they never showed up or gave me a call to tell me so. I have had to call and follow up with the scheduler instead of the other way around. For each reschedule, it was always an appointment a week later and I was given no priority. While after the 3rd attempt they offered to not charge me, they still never showed up the 4th time. Again I had to follow up myself. I was promised a call back near the end of the day....no call. I still haven't gotten a call back this morning. DON'T USE THESE GUYS!
