  • Believe the Yelp AND Groupon reviews for this place... even though I purchased a deal through Groupon, it's the first time I was so dissatisfied with my experience that I'm requesting a refund for my purchase. I figured I'd steer clear from the hair cutting services since there were so many negative reviews about it... so, I decided to get some waxing done, as well as a manicure. The manicure chipped and smudged within the next 2 hours (and honestly, the whole experience felt like I was just getting my nails done by my friend... like in middle school). And the wax job was something I could have done myself.
