rev:text	Worst company ever to go through for a mortgage. 1st , Nathan Jensen our mortgage brokers is awful. He has absolutely no communicate skills. 2nd, We never met him in person nor did he even offer to meet us in person. When I asked about it he said "oh I didn't know you wanted to" "you would have to let me know you wanted to me in person". Seriously??? 3rd, He failed to ASK us if we wanted to include our propertytax into our mortgage Payments. He just assumed we did and when we go to close, there are papers for us to sign stating that we requested it when we didn't. And 4th, they sell my mortgage to Chase (no big deal) and never notify us. I sent an email asking about online payments and THAT'S when they decide to tell us about it. They even had the nerve to lie and say they sent us a letter about it. But I have yet to get a letter from Waterstone about it. Don't go to Waterstone Mortgage Company!! Go where you will be treated with respect and like a human.
