We loved into a house a little over a year ago, the hot water heater went out and we called Fidelity to take care of it. The vendor replaced the unit and 8 months later it's broke again. It's been over a week and the vendor fidelity sent wants to charge us $250 to replace it again. 1- it's covered in our home warranty, and 2- the water heater itself is still under warrant too.
So now they are contacting a new vendor because we will not pay for work covered under warranty! Yet nobody has called yet. A day goes by with each call back and forth. We are boiling water and adding them to baths right now. This should be a priority.
So disappointed. BBB is next of not resolved tomorrow.
