  • I thought there must be some computer error. I signed up paying $80 per month, suddenly I'm paying $140. They gave me some stupid line about starting with a promotional price but I referred a friend who used a BIGGER space than me and the base price was only $101 for her!! I called to request an adjustment and the very nice office staff said they understood and it did not make sense and they would put in a request to corporate. Nothing has happened. Unless you WANT to pay more than as a result of being a loyal customer, then you should stay out of this place.
