| - It's a Chinese business, you go there for a massage and that's what you'd get. You pay for something you want, and you get that. A lot of reviews complaining about the service given, but I think it's just a given I suppose-- like going to an authentic Asian restaurant and being ignored until you get their attention instead of them coming to you to periodically check up. My experience wasn't nightmareish like everyone else's but it wasn't blowing-my-mind-fantastic either. It was decent. The entire place inside was cutely decorated and super nice, quiet, and dark. The older front desk lady was quite nice and even fit me into a room when there were other patrons waiting or had upcoming appointments when I was just doing a walk-in. Waited for a couple minutes before being attended to after realizing I wasn't worked on yet. During the massage, they do leave the room periodically (twice) to grab the hot stones and another time to wash their hands so they can work on your face. Nothing extreme, no chit chat, no prolonged amount of time wasting. Wouldn't you want someone to wash their hands before touching your face? As a first timer when it comes to massages, I did definitely find it weird and a bit awkward when the guy undid my bra (of course I was laying face down though) to work on my back. I mean I guess I would've rather have them tell me to do it myself while they were out the room for privacy. And at the end of the massage he even redid my bra LOL, which is also something I would've rather done myself. The second receptionist when taking payment was definitely probably one of the ladies that most of these reviews are complaining about because she was not the nicest. Witnessed her tell off some people that walked in to ask about openings for services, yikes!
