  • Had dinner at El Campiseno's last night. Quaint little place located in one of the shopping plazas off of Route 19. My girlfriend and I like to sit at the bar when we go out and last night was no exception. I ordered an Amber Dos Equies and my lady got a margarita. We found the place to be very friendly. The bar keep was attentive yet kept a conversation going with the people at the bar... a conversation that we subtly got sucked into while enjoying the nacho's, sipping our drinks and looking over the menu. I decided on the tried and true #21 combo platter: one taco, one burrito and a bean tostada. My date had the #25 combo: one enchilada, one burrito, rice and refried beans. Both of our meals came out quickly and both were delicious. My overall impression of this place is high. Good quality food, fast friendly service in a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Four stars is about right.
