  • The only reason why I am giving this review a star at all is because of the quality of the ultrasound machine. They are the only in the valley that performs hd ultrasound. Our experience all the way around with each employee was cold and left something to be desired. I have been to a few of these 3d 4d ultrasounds, all at different locations and have thoroughly enjoyed all of them, except for this one. The environment was not welcoming, no greeting, my parents were treated rudely before I got there. The ultrasound tech was very lack luster in the way she performs her job. No excitement or enthusiasm. Just "here's the heartbeat. here's the baby. Here's the heartbeat again." Every other place I have been the people were excited with you and it was very evident that they sincerely cared. At this place when I tried to engage in conversation, it was 1 word answers with no eye contact if I was lucky. It made me feel really silly for trying to warm up to them. For such an amazing and exciting time in my life to get to witness my baby for the first time, they sure killed the mood and I left wishing I had gone somewhere else. They have lost my business for the gender reveal, 30 week ultrasound, and all other babies I have in the future. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
