  • We have been living here since January. And our review is very consistent with the problems of Micahel E. He did change his review after management contacted him. Management has not been the same to deal with for us. And I guess I've been more than patient as I've held out until now to write this review. Michael wrote his after living a month here. We also have had issues left unresolved and never properly dealt with. And not just small issues, like a light going out! Our issues involve plumbing, AC, & literally getting stuck in their elevator for 45 minutes one day!! Also, documented emails of management personally attacking us. Saying we "keep our AC really cold". We do live in Phoenix! I don't feel as though 78-80 degrees is abnormal for Phoenix in the summertime. I also had informed management that the thermostat was an issue several months ago so they could fix it before this was an issue in the heat of summer! They advertise as "Luxury". And trust me I pay a price for that word "luxury" to be treated as a 2nd class citizen in my home. Pretty sure a proper thermostat will hold the temp you set it at. If it's working properly. Currently the thermostat is set to 78 and the inside temp is 89 and rising! "Emergency Maintenance" also told us they don't really understand the thermostats that are installed in these apartments. Guess it's a hotel for us tonight! Emergency maintenance said "make sure you get reimbursed for that hotel"! So if you would like to take your chances of being without AC in the 118 degree weather we will hit this week...If you have time to be stuck in an elevator for 45 minutes...If you enjoy backed up showers on a monthly basis... this is your place! And it's not cheap! All I can say is document everything! We have emails that are pages long over the 6 months we have lived here involving these issues. I actually really loved the 1st month living here! There use to be a guy named Clay in management who was awesome! Unfortunately, he is gone...and ever since we have had nothing but issues! Wish that guy was back!
