Jennifer Dieckhoff @bestbuy is the GM and is intellectually dishonest at best. Supposedly, I'm a "valued" customer yet a $35 restocking fee just (1) won't be returned. Please note: this is a choice and when asked, "it's fine if you can't refund the fee - as a GM is there something that stops you from putting the amount on a gift card?" Again, I can understanding of systems. Guess what folks - Jennifer got my respect when she said, "She can't." Now, how is she dishonest? She can do this. She is just choosing not to.
I respect it because I asked and got an answer. It's not the resolution that I want & I'm not done but she clearly understood everything I asked for clarity: You're willing to end a loyal BBY ELITE customer's relationship that carries and uses the BBY cc for $35? That says I'm not valued.
She said she hates to hear that as I am valued. = = = = ------ That's the dishonest part.
We ended with my thanks again, all her notes on whom has said and done what since my many trips into her store and a clear understanding...my money nor time is valued here so I will not see that $35 returned. I heard her and clarified, we are both of age to understand her words and actions don't align so clearly she has found on value in me as a customer.
With that, I'm returning all the other items - in my home - that's within the 30 day return, TOMORROW.
P.S. Please know that I emailed 3x about this and the 1st went unanswered the 2nd was a resend and I got a bounce back saying she was out then Larry Fuller responded on her behalf. I'll attach a pic so NC'ers will know just return to SC and you'll get all your money back. GA go to AL for the same. It's the fine print. I replied to Larry and he didn't respond so I forwarded things on to Jennifer hoping she had returned from leave. She did.
I gave at least 1 week if I didn't hear back so folks could have time to respond.
