  • Avoid this place. The billing department (Call Center) is outsource in Orlando and you can never get a hold of anyone. After weeks of calling they agreed that I shouldn't have to pay and closed out the invoice. Just recently they sent the same bill again. I still can't get a hold of anyone after leaving many messages. I have (2) insurance and shouldn't have to pay anything. I will never ever go to this place again. Worst customer service. I might as well pay the bill since my time is worth more than to waste it trying to get a hold of anyone. I guess that's how they force you to pay for services that you shouldn't after they get the insurance money. Complete scam!!!!
