  • I had been meaning to get my leather jacket dry cleaned for quite some time as the inner lining didn't smell its freshest. My boyfriend, being the sweetheart he is, dropped it off somewhere for me as he had the day off work. Mid-day he messages me to say that he had FINALLY found a spot that would clean my jacket in less than a week which was important since Fall has arrived and leather jackets are a must have! He explained to me that the lady was very kind, accommodating and would dry clean the jacket for $50. I held off on my review as I wanted to see what kind of job this cleaner would do. Fast-forward a few days to when I pick up my jacket. It looks great - almost brand new! It was in a clothing bag so I just paid and left. Unfortunately, here comes the down side. I get the jacket home and unzip it to see if the lining smelled fresh - it didn't. Damn! I asked my boyfriend what he had told the lady to do and he replied, "I just told her to dry clean the jacket". This being said, I'll give the lady some credit - I don't put blame on cleaner's job as WE didn't specify that it was the inside we wanted focus on. But back we went to the cleaner to explain the situation - she took it back free of charge! What wonderful customer service! It'a because of that, I have given this cleaner a solid four stars for customer service and the wonderful job they did on the exterior of my coat. I deducted one star due to the fact that we had to go out of our way to take the jacket back a second time. Although my boyfriend did not specify what needed cleaning, I feel they still should be doing a thorough cleaning inside AND out. When I pick up the jacket I will re-evaluate! But as for now I do recommend this cleaner for speedy, last minute service. And honestly, they didn't do a poor job, I just needed something specific to be done.
