Have used this little shop on several occasions for simple alterations, most recently for having pants hemmed. They've always did what I asked at a decent price, which by the way, I always get a kick out of negotiating good-naturedly and half-jokingly with the Chinese lady who runs it. No, she doesn't speak perfect English (and can comr across a little gruff), but that just adds to the appeal for me. The interior is small, simple and very un-Stonecrest-like, but with the help of a little imagination, it is the probably the closest I will ever get to Shanghai.
