  • This is my first Yelp review. The service here is that miserable that I feel the need to share. On a tight schedule, our party of 8 showed up at 8:05 PM for an 8 PM reservation. We came to find a completely full restaurant and no host at the stand. When I could finally get the attention of a staff member, we were told a party had come in 5 mins before us claiming to be me and swiped our reservation. The restaurant was unwilling to move the party even though they had not placed any orders, and we were forced to wait. After 30 minutes of waiting, we were told again we couldn't be helped. We were never offered any compensation (discount, free drinks, etc) or even a simple apology for the inconvenience. The restaurant staff was unwilling to accept any blame for the incident and did 0 to alleviate the situation. We eventually were forced to leave hungry due to our tight schedule. Although I live close, I will never return to this restaurant, and I will do my best to make sure no one I know goes there either.
