  • McCormick and Schmick is the Southside branch of a chain of seafood and steak houses. It boasts upscale food and has a popular happy hour. The food is good but not much better than a Red Lobster and not as nice as Mitchell's as similar venues. Parking can be difficult in this crowded Southside location. The happy hour has nice selections at a bargain. If you get there early enough street parking is possible.
