rev:text	If i could give a no rating i would. Don't waste your time on "free" room if you "win" it's NOT free unless you partake in a 4-5hr presentation OFF site. The hotel room only has ONE remote control yet accommodates 4 people, you have to check out knives at the front desk. The marketing company that sells you the "free" room is trash and dishonest, don't believe them if they say "you don't have to partake in the tour" if you don't they charge you $250 a night. I'm hear for a memorial and funeral and clearly stated to the phone representative on a recorded call that i could not attend a tour and was told "I'm not supposed to tell you but you don't have to attend the tour". I check into the hotel and receive a phone call saying i will be charged regular room rate because i didn't/can't attend a tour. Then i speak with representative Rachel and the general manager of the marketing company telephone # 702-826-5454 and was told by the manager that regardless of what was said on recorded conversation i would be subjected to being charged room rate. I then ask for them to pull up the recording and specified what day i spoke with the representative in March and was told "it doesn't matter because the email they sent said otherwise", so what's the point of me speaking with 3 different associates including a manager and letting them ALL know i can't attend a tour and them all telling me "we not supposed to tell you but you don't have to take the tour" STAY AWAY. Horrible customer service and they are ONLY interested in getting money out of customers. Never again will i patronize this company and its "win a free room" complete waste of time!!!!
