Hi everyone, I don't know how to start but what I know when you are selling car parking for $ 20 you better have a good service they have the customers pay for parking then you have to park a mile away actually look for parking for over 20 minutes and finally when you find it you have to walk for at least 5 minutes and their excuse is we have a Constuction, you better have a good plan when you have any kind of work. Now I booked the hotel through hotwire which is going to be my last time. When I walked to the hotel they told me I have to pay for parking, I showed the manager that online doesn't mention that he said well you booked it from a different resource, I told him that's fine I am paying you but at least take my concerns and discussed with them he said it's not my problem a lot of people are complaining but if you want booked through the igh which is the mother company for holiday Inn but the prices are different.... are you kidding me? I said his answer was yeah. And a lot of things I think I will just keep some for other customers to complaint...I will give this hotel and the staff 0 -5 stars.
