  • Do not hire this company!!! they came out to service my A/C on June 20,2017. The A/C tech. said oh it only needed 2 lbs. of freon. Well, had to call them again July 2, 2017 and tech said everything looks good. July 13, 2017 I did a recall.. receptionist was rude to me as soon as she knew I had called for the third time same problem it blows Hot Air. She kept me on hold for 10 minutes and said don't have any available till 5 days later.. Okey, well on my appointment day July 18, 2017 they no showed! I called at 4:30pm to find what time they were coming because my appointment time was between 1pm - 4pm. The receptionist said "Oh our Tech came out and there was no answer at the door." I said that is a lie! I have a Ring door bell and it is sensor sensitive that if anyone is anywhere near my door it alerts my cellphone and immediately starts recording .. She said she would try to have A/C tech come back out that night, and if not the next day. Well, here I am still waiting. AHM then called AMA to come back out July 22,2017 and supposedly Air Tech. came out took a look at my house and said I don't have a long enough ladder for a two story house. Are you kidding me? That's like a carpenter going to a job site and saying yeah I can do the job But, I don't have a hammer. This company has bad communication skills. I am going to file a complaint to Business License, and BBB and Board of Contractors. Hire AMA AIR CORP AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!
