  • What a fabulous store! The cakes and wonderful not to mention the added extras --balloons, candles, cards. Online ordering makes choosing NBC a no brainer except for one thing --when you go to pick up your cake. Now I know the holidays are a busy time but to have one line for people who already ordered their cakes, for people who have not ordered the cakes, people who aren't sure what they want, makes it a burden to pick up a cake. This same staff had to take phone orders as well! I waited 30 minutes even though I pre-ordered my cake. I was not alone in the baffling way the store was doing business. So unfortunately I can only give 2 stars. Hopefully their service will improve and I will come back as a customer. Until then I can make my own Bundt cake at home faster.
