I have been with Piedmont OB/Gyn for 14 years. I'm not sure what happened to them lately, but I have had a nightmare with the billing office. I've had to contact them numerous times to fix one bill. Then I get a bill in the mail from 6 years ago. I was so confused. I called about this bill and told them I had been there numerous times since then (I had all my prenatal visits there), I asked why they never mentioned an old bill and they said because they didn't want to "embarrass" customers while they are checking in. So instead they will send you a letter 6 years later saying they are taking it out of your taxes. ($25 bill btw). Thanks for letting me know about it before you send me a legal notice. I'm still in the process of getting the latest bill taken care of because they put the wrong date on it and said I was there a day I wasn't. Needless to say, I just switched doctors.
