First, let me say the chiro is really good at what he does. Now, on to the billing - they are an in network provider for United Health. This means that they must follow the billing EOBs.
When I called at the beginning of January the biller realized that though they had charged my HSA bank card three times, they had not filed paperwork with United Healthcare. The biller prepared the paperwork and submitted it.
Once the EOB was processed, it showed I only owed half of what they had actually charged me. I've called the biller for several weeks regarding a refund and she has not returned phone calls, claimed to be on the other line, doesn't aknowledge my email, etc.
My last call was last week. The biller said she was on the other line and would call me back...I'm still waiting.
I give up. I've reported their company to my HSA bank and to United Healthcare. Now Yelp - next stop Better Business Bureau.
