  • I've only been here once so I can't speak for consistency, but they seem to do pretty good work. Unfortunately, they were very rude to myself and my mother whom accompanied me to get her nails done as well. The nail tech who I had spoke to me and treated me as if I was a little girl getting my nails done for the first time. I'm an adult and don't like to be treated like a child. My hands were relaxed (I'm not a newbie to this) and he kept insisting that they weren't. He'd twist and pull my fingers yanking them very roughly instead of just asking me to turn them a certain way. He was also very rough with the file and filing very haphazardly making my fingers bleed. I was finished before my mother who was waiting for her nails to dry under the UV light. Her nails tech, she had mentioned was also very rough, had walked to the back of the very busy salon leaving her upfront to dry. A few minutes passed and her nail tech yells "Hey lady! You're done." and then laughed as though he was proud of being so unprofessional.
