I have been a George Brazil customer for several years. We have never had a problem until a few months ago. I had some repetitive bad customer service issues with them and I would have thought they wanted to resolve them, especially since they provided us with a quote for total AC replacement and we were considering them. However, I was wrong. The last conversation I had I asked for a supervisor to call me. It has been 2 months and I'm still waiting on that call. It's unfortunate.
