rev:text	I went with a huge fan of pourover coffee and the options at Rising Star did not disappoint! Tucked away on a corner, the shop is unassuming but vibrant inside. Constant stream of customers. We got the Kenyan ngunguru via the siphon. They were able to make a smaller volume for us and the coffee was delicious. The barista came to talk to us about the brewing process and how best to appreciate the siphon coffee. Great service!
