  • These apartments are conveniently located - near the strip and downtown. The rent itself is reasonable. However they charge separately for water and trash. This will run at least an additional $50 per month. If you go on vacation you still pay even if you are not there. I moved out in the first week of a month and I was charged nearly $90 for the last month of water and trash. I was threatened with sending me to collections if I didn't pay. They do allow pets but don't walk on the grass unless you want to clean your shoes each time. Don't bother cleaning the apartment when you move as they will charge you anyway even after they inspect it.
