  • I generally use Yelp as a resource and this is the first time I have ever posted anything less than glowing. I should have walked out right after I walked in, but I decide to not be too quick to judge. Next time I will listen to that little voice. My doodle got the ugliest trim ever and is unlike any other combination of tail, face and body I have ever seen. I am quite certain there is a major lack of experience, coupled with lack of caring. The lady answered my questions about what they include in their grooming session, as if she resented me asking and found my bringing my dog in a major inconvenience. I only went in because my regular groomer was on vacation.
