  • Beautiful, affordable arrangements and great service. What more could you ask for? I called Botany Floral Studio today to deliver a floral arrangement to a friend who lives in Toronto (I live in Vancouver). I spoke with Rachelle, who was friendly and oh-so helpful. She was an absolute delight to deal with. Anyway, by the time I phoned my order in, the shop was about an hour away from closing. That was no problem, and Rachelle even offered to deliver my arrangement to my friend's home free of charge because it was on her way home. What amazing service! My friend sent me a photo of the freshly-delivered flowers and they were lovely and tastefully arranged. Thank you, Rachelle; you made my (and my friend's) day!
