  • Terrible experience. I took my 86 year old father and 7 year old niece from California to Toronto for a family reunion. Arrived at 10:00pm and despite booking over a month before...no cars were available. "We can't make a car materialize"...I wish I could give no stars. No help trying to find another one- had to rent a hotel room because my dad could not stand up any longer. Rented the next day from Enterprise- whole different attitude. The employee at Ace even hung up on me when I called back to see if they could get a car to us in the am. I have never written a negative review on any service but this was one of the worst situations to be in and they did not deliver goods and even worse, they did they care about me or my family.
