I was 20 minutes late to my appointment and they still attended to me right away! Score! Friendly and informative team that worked with me to get my iPhone fixed. They held onto my iPhone and provided me with a temporary one that wasn't working for the first day (but I was able to resolve the issue on my own. Tech savvy -- add it to my resume).
A week later I get a call from a team member stating that my phone was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving there is always foot traffic and so many people waiting to be helped. An employee spotted me and directed me to a team member that helped set up my iPhone. She made sure everything was up to date and spent 10 minutes on the dial with Sprint activating my phone for me. Extremely impressed! Team Apple all the way, am I right guys?
