Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly when I checked in even though I was complaining about the parking. Very poorly designed parking garage with not enough spaces. And I came when the hotel was not even full. They also charge $17 to park. It may be better to valet.
My room was clean and overlooked the lake. Nice extended room with a large couch and extra TV in their pseudo living room. Wifi was about 10MB upload and 5 MB download speed.
The fitness center and pool are on the 2nd floor. Fitness center has bottled water and cool towels. Three treadmills, 2 ellipticals and a cycle plus weights and Universal.
The 14th floor has the concierge lounge. For Diamond and Gold elite, there are evening appetizers and breakfast in the morning. Their breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs with cheese and spice, bacon, sausage, breads, cereal, fruit, yogurts, juices and coffee. I didn't see an attendant, but there was an unattended tip jar.
Close proximity to the Capitol as well as downtown restaurants.
