  • I called Aristotle on my sister's recommendation, and they lived up to her rave review. The repairman, Brian, was at my house the following morning and spent the better part of the day working on my AC unit. When he realized that I needed a new fan motor, he explained the options in plain English so that I could make an informed and economical decision. He never attempted to upsell me or exploit my ignorance about the topic. He and his dispatcher were never in a hurry, even though I know he had other appointments that day. To seal the deal, he returned the following day to install a new thermostat. There is a reason this company has such great reviews. I am thankful for their excellence and will refer them to anyone who asks.
