  • My wife and I lived here for 1 year, and have to say, it was one of our most enjoyable dwellings to date. We've lived in luxury high rises in Miami Beach, San Francisco, and NY. If you're looking to get a little peace and quiet away from the Strip, this, in my opinion is a great option. The leasing agent (Christina) was extremely helpful getting my wife and I situated from day one. I relocated with my wife from San Francisco, and she was very professional with our transition. She went above and beyond her job description to make us feel at home. I think she's been promoted since then, and definitely deserves it. Terry was our maintenance guy, and he was always quick to respond with any help with our appliances or general maintenance that we needed with the apartment. He gave us very accurate information about what we needed to do as to cleaning up the apt upon departure. One of the best features about this place, is the 24 hour security. They have a security guard that has a patrol car that is constantly scouting the complex, and gives you peace of mind in a hectic city. Then there's Evonne, who is one of the friendliest leasing agents I've ever met! If their was ever any issues in the neighborhood, she responded right away, and always followed up with us, and remembered us by name, and always greeted us with a smile.
