  • If you have never purchased a home before you need to know that there is no such thing as a perfectly smooth transaction. If you are talking to a lender that leads you to think that is the case you need to RUN away. The reason Jeremy and his team are so good is because they set the right expectations and then work like hell to get you taken care of. Things will go wrong, but it is HOW they are handled that gives Jeremy and his team the 5-star review they earned. We have used Jeremy twice now on home purchases and neither was easy. The first was on a short sale which was a nightmare thanks to the TWO lenders that the previous buyer had mortgages with. The second was on a "piggy-back" loan which Jeremy skillfully put together and saved us a bundle. If you work with The House Team you will be well informed and well taken care of. I cannot imagine any other lender who works as hard as Jeremy and his amazing staff.
