We live here now from SF and know better to go to such "dine with a view" places but, the reviews seemed on the contrary to this belief. Sadly, they lived up to an overpriced tourist trap. My husband booked a lovely window seat for our Anniversary. They knew it was our special day but, never acknowledged it at any point during our experience. The service and food was mediocre for the price point. I specifically told the waitress my husband did not like fish especially anchovies but, reassured me the Caesar salad was very mild with hints of anchovies (We are both well aware there are trace amounts in the dressing already). When the salad arrived, it have several large pieces of anchovies on top. We had to flag down our waitress and get a basic salad replacement. I choose the fish which was underwhelming but, I was hungry. We had to search for our waitress several times (asking other servers and bussers) to get simple things like refills and more bread. The chocolate souffle tasted like non sweetened cocoa fluffy cardboard. To top it all off, there was a crying baby near us the entire time and a gentleman on his phone next to us. On our way out, we saw several kitchen staff just standing around staring at people entering and exiting the elevator; no "hello", "goodbye" or "thank you". I've lived in Paris and this place is an embarrassment to the people and food of France.
