Went to Marshall Goldman today to look at a used car. They describe themselves as an exotic car dealer. They have some brand names that look nice. Their customer service skills need work. I called in advance about a car offered on the Internet. I spoke to Gene who said it was available and I should ask for him when I came in. I drove in with my wife and was met at the door by a sales person. I asked for Gene. He was pointed out and he appeared busy with another customer so we walked around looking at cars in the showroom. We were there 45 min. And nobody came over except a technician who turned off a car alarm that went off when I tried to open the door of a car we were looking at. Now there appeared to be a number of sales people in the showroom when we went in. We were there 45 min., set off an alarm and looked at a number of cars, yet nobody came over. Some of the low mileage cars had very used looking car interiors. All that sums up to the fact that I would not go back to this place for a car.
