Will not be returning, and it has nothing to do with the quality of my wax. My wax specialist was great. We had great conversation and she was extremely friendly.
However I will not be returning because of the front desk staff. If you can even call them a staff. I was recommended by a friend to try this place. I was told that on your first time you receive half off.
It turned for the worst once it was time to pay. The "staff" asked me for my ID to show that I lived in Nevada. (Mind you I was born and raised in Las Vegas). Because she overheard me speaking with my mother about how I barely made it out of Houston from Hurricane Harvey, she denied me the special. She said I needed to prove I lived in NV. I said here is my NV identification card. She says well I know you just came from Houston, so I need a utility bill to prove your residency.
EXCUSE ME!
