  • I don't have home warranty so was looking for a credible and competent company to troubleshoot my Air conditioning units and install ecobee thermostats. I contacted multiple companies and shopped around for the best price and service. Alpha Air was amongst the best bids I received. Not only they installed thermostats and new units, but I was given very clear itemized work estimate on all services and parts beforehand. I decided to change my units as they were very noisy, inefficient and came with the house and lacked any manufacturers warranty. Installation took place as planned on time and on budget without surprises. I'm very satisfied with overall work and personalized service we received. I have recommended them to my friends and they were also highly satisfied with the services they provided. I hope to use these units for years to come, however, should there be a surprise I know I still have warranty.
