  • I did not enjoy the customer service here today. I've heard nothing but great things about European Wax and wanted to give it a shot! I heard they give 50% off for first timers so I also thought that was really great. I'm getting married in a few days and went in to get a Brazilian. I just moved to Arizona yesterday and I do not currently have an Arizona ID. They would not give me 50% my services since I did not have an AZ ID. I tried explaining that I just moved here yesterday. The girls working at the desk were extremely rude back and not willing to work with my reason of not being an Arizona resident--which seemed to be a valid reason to me! I just got here for crying out loud! They asked if I had a piece of mail to show my Arizona address. I don't know how many times I had to say, "I just moved here. I have nothing." I paid full price for a Brazilian because I needed one for wedding and honeymoon! Also they did not even offer the complimentary brow wax I kept hearing about as well for first timers. I was very disappointed in the service here. Have to say I will not be returning.
