  • We started to hear a horrible noise from our washer during the spin cycle and since it was out of manufacturer warranty, I did a Google search for Maytag repair in Glendale and found Elite Appliance Repair...thank goodness! I emailed over the weekend where I received a phone call from Brandon the following Monday morning around 8am when they opened regarding the washer issue. He scheduled us for that Wednesday as well as putting us on a cancellation list. Anthony called with an ETA and was professional and courteous where the washer wouldn't make the same noise for him. He explained that if it happens again to call the office and they'll order the part and get us on the schedule for the repair. Brandon was very helpful as I called to have the part ordered as the washer began to make that same noise again. Anthony and the Steve, owner of Elite came out on time and called with and ETA. Steve wanted to check the washer to ensure that the noise was from a bearing...I even played a video of the washer noise and he said that isn't a bearing. He and Anthony opened the bottom of the washer and did a thorough check of the stater motor and magnets where there was some residue which they cleaned out...ran the washer again and no noise. All at No Charge though I did give them each something for their time. I highly recommend Steve and Elite for all appliance repair needs...you can't go wrong!
