The bar is small so if you come in hoping for a seats sans reservation you'll be for some rough sailing, matey. I got the Pirate's Remorse then shared a Sea WenchI really liked the Pirate's Remorse. The bf and I wanted to share a third drink so we asked Vicky, one of our bartenders, for a suggestion. Despite the extensive menu, she was able to ask us a few questions and pin point a drink she thinks we might like. I really like it when bartenders take the time to personalize. The Earl Grey in the Sea Wench was a little too overwhelming for me but it was still very interesting to try. The drinks are only one third of the experience though. When you go below deck, you are literally transported into another world and according to Stewie, the second bartender, the world literally changes every couple of weeks. For example, this week we were sailing to China but in a few weeks they were sailing to Brazil. When this change happens, the decor, menu, and port hole scenes changes. If thats not dedication to the theme, I don't know what is! All in all, it's was super worth going here! Highly recommend on any trip to Phoenix!
