  • I was unfortunate enough to interact with the manager, Missy tonight. She is tacky, rude and a poor example of what a manager should be or how one should present them self. Not only was she unfriendly and made me feel as if I was interrupting her precious time, she was also rude to coworkers under her. This woman makes me want to drive the extra 5-10 miles to the next store just to avoid her presence. The owner of this Marshall's should really reconsider her position or better yet, her employment at all. This store has a nice set up and most of the people there seem pleasant, but it's not worth it if I have to deal with her again. Please don't let this lady ruin the experience of your loyal customers!
