  • I've been coming here for over 5 years, and the quality and service has reached an all time low. I used to be a regular, coming in twice a month, and bringing visiting friends from out of town. But recently the staff has rotated out, along with the ownership. Now some of them smell like cigarettes and food regardless of the time of day. The massage styles have changed. On my previous visit one of the male staff laid down on one of the beds, only to fall asleep and start snoring! Unbelievable. This morning, I brought my wife in. The massages were average at best. The washing machine was going, so we couldn't hear the relaxing music. Also, the two staff members talked through our massages. So unprofessional. The breaking point came when we were paying, and I opted for 10% vs. my usual 20% tip. The lady demanded 20% for both. Truly unbelievable. I'm really bummed. I used to love this place and rave about it. But this was my last visit. It's too much of a wild card now, and despite the affordable price, it's no longer worth it for me.
