H&M is a good place to go if you're looking for something trendy and reasonably priced. I usually get my shorts here and have never had any issues with pricing. Quality is a hit or miss; I just make sure to really get a feel of materials before making a purchase.
While this place isn't busy most of the time, they still lack customer service. I feel like the men's department is always understaffed and there's only one person around whenever you needed help. It can be a hassle trying to get some things that are higher on their shelves because there's nobody there to help you. When I do get help though, the associates are usually very friendly.
The worst part about this H&M is their fitting room situation on the men's department. They only have two of them, and last time I wanted to try on some shorts, I had to wait more than 15 minutes for the other guys to get done. A couple more fitting rooms downstairs would've helped tremendously. I understand that more fitting rooms are available upstairs, but why should customers have to trek up when what they need is downstairs clothing wise.
