Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The customer representatives are rude, unhelpful and untrained. I tried to start a new service. Apparently their IT system is down so nothing can be done. This went on for 4 days, unbelievable. I don't know in which world are they living in where the system for a major service provider is down for that long. The customer service reps gives run around with a least helpful answer. I wish there was competition and we have choice to pick from multiple utility service providers.
