  • We love our security door and have only had it several months. Christmas Eve the lock mechanism broke and we are unable to open or close the security door. I've called them 3 times (albeit the first two were over Christmas Day and the day after) I called multiple times yesterday speaking with actual people and explained we can't open the front door and the only way we can get out of the house is from the garage or back door. That we need someone to come out so we can use our front door and no one has responded. You would think a local company would understand the importance of someone's front door not opening and literally being locked in.
