| - I had a block of rooms reserved for our group who was in town celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. Overall, the service at the Vdara is top notch, with the exception of a parking attendant named Kimberly. We had a situation where a car we valet parked couldn't be located, which we ultimately learned had been checked out by another person within our group, but while we were trying to figure out what happened to the car, Kimberly was extremely rude. She was rolling her eyes and neck as she spoke to us, twirling her hair and laughing at us as though the situation was funny and closed the window on us so she couldn't hear what we were saying. As the ultimate act of disrespect, she got up and walked away from the window altogether. We reported the incident to her supervisor. Her behavior and lack of customer service ruined the entire experience. She should not be permitted to work with customers. She's rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful, unprofessional, immature, nasty and a negative representation of the hotel as a whole. I plan to write a formal complaint about her behavior and treatment of us as soon as we get back to California. We were extremely disappointed in this exchange with someone who we expected to be equally as helpful and professional as other staff we'd encountered during our stay at the Vdara. Otherwise, our stay went well.
