  • A good sized rock hit my windshield while I was on a road trip and it started out as a smaller crack and then as I had to keep driving the crack spread down the windshield and to the left. So now my whole windshield had to be replaced. So annoying and not something I'd like to be doing on a beautiful Pittsburgh day. But! The people are so nice. From the lady that checked me in to the gentleman who replaced my windshield...it made the process much more bearable. Their waiting area is really clean and pleasant. They have coffee, wi-fi and a very nice bathroom right there. There is even a desk where you can sit at with your kids or if you have a laptop to work on. There is also plenty of seating and the area is air conditioned. Right above the desk is a tv that distracts you from realizing you're about to fork out a nice chunk of change to replace your windshield. Another plus is their little selection of snacks just in case you get hungry including a popcorn machine. They thought of everything!
