It don't take long to be disappointed anyplace...HORRIBLE customer service. Young kid Miguel who helped me at the register had no personality and should be in the back moving boxes instead of dealing with people. I spoke three times to him, "how you doing?" First I thought he couldn't hear me so each time I said it louder before he made and faint "umph" sound . The icing on the cake though was how he never made eye contact and just handed me my receipt with no "thank you, come again". If I wasn't in a hurry I'd have asked to see a manager. Yeah it's only hardware, but good customer service is evident and his was evidently BAD!
