I passed by Red Mango the other day, and recognized the name from conversations w/ friends that live in cities with more advanced yogurt scenes. When I also noticed it wasn't Yelp'd yet I felt that it was my duty to step in and sample their offerings. Walking in I realize that this place has the "weigh and pay" system like Yoforia. I was also explained the basics by the guy behind the counter and handed a swish cup for sampling. I think there were 8 flavors of fro-yo to choose from, but there could have been 10 maybe; when it comes to choosing yogurt I don't look around a lot because I'm there for the original tart. The yogurt itself was good, not too tart not too sweet, but Pinkberry is still the best base imo. For toppings I went with a few vanilla wafers (that were thin, crisp, and tasted great), Fruity Pebbles, and pineapple. I appreciated the freshness of the pineapple. The thing I love about the weigh and pay is that I can go in and get 2 dollars worth or 6 dollars worth. I will return. Actually I went back 2 days after. I will return...again.
