  • This place deserves a negative 5 star review. I wanted to support a local business, try out someplace new and relieve stress/tension from a very difficult week....Unfortunately, quite the opposite experience occurred. This establishment is a complete sham top to bottom. The owner, Heidi, has absolutely no clue on how to run a business; customer service is a term she's only barely heard of before, doesn't know what types of massages her supposed licensed therapists do, is mean, argumentative, a liar and threatening...all before you even attempt to receive relaxation. She even has the nerve to manipulate people into giving their cc info over the phone to "hold an appointment" only to charge it without their authorization and/or permission AND not providing any service. AB has the appearance of a thrift store vomiting "healing" crystals, random used looking books scattered throughout the tiny lobby, cluttered with knickknacks in every corner and reeking of uncleanliness. Even the dude behind the counter looked like he just woke up, PJs and all. If you see this place advertised on Groupon (or anywhere else), skip it and don't waste your money. You're better off going to a shantytown (I mean Chinatown) massage "spa" where you @ least have low expectations but, maybe will get some sort of relief.
